What a start of the year! In the short period of 4 months, Impact Food has completed its pilot production build out right in the heart of San Francisco.

We’re excited to announce that Christian Truong is joining Impact Food as Director of Engineering! He will be helping us to scale our plant-based seafood products and contribute to our mission by . He has 10+ years of experience in food engineering and commercializing both innovative plant-based meat and traditional CPG food products.
